We want you to love every GreenSift product. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Return Fees

  • Within 14 days: Free returns.

  • Between 15–30 days: A $49 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear in your account after processing.
